Fantastic vessel! Perfect live-a-board! This vessel is huge! Wonderful layout! Runs fantastic! Berthed at KING ISLAND RESORT in Stockton, Ca. This is a live-a-board marina. Current berth can be transferred over to new owner. Berth rate is $550 for live-a-board plus power. 50amp Service at dock.

ACCOMODATIONS: Huge rooms! Tons of storage! Comfortable accommodations for six persons in two staterooms and crew quarters. Crew quarters forward with upper and lower single bunks, hanging lockers, ensuite head/shower. Step up to the galley with dinette opposite. Followed by dedicated full width dinning salon with table, chairs, and china locker. Step down and aft from dinning room to companionway. Guest stateroom with two single berths, two hanging lockers, and vanity to starboard. Guest head/shower is opposite. Large hanging locker follows on port side. Full width master stateroom follows with walk-around king sized bed. His/hers hanging lockers, vanities port and starboard, and ensuite head/shower. Step up and aft to wheelhouse with on center helm, flybridge access and doors to side decks. Main salon follows with wing doors, entertainment center, settee, sofas, lounge chair, coffee table, and sliding door to aft working deck. Up from wheelhouse to enclosed flybridge with on center helm, lounge refrigerator, and storage locker. Step up to large open sundeck.

For all of the questions that will come:

Boat should be hauled out to have the bottom repainted.
Both engines run perfectly. She cruises nicely at 14 knots.
15kw genset needs manifold replaced. Runs great, just has a crack in it.
Boat will NOT PASS A SURVEY. Don't even ask. Its a wood boat. It will have to be hauled out and bottom painted for survey TO PASS.
Makes a great live-a-board. It's very heavy, so it doesn't move. The marina has a protected island around the berths, so there isn't any wake.
Pacemaker makes an outstanding and beautiful vessel. One of very few "Enclosed Fly-Bridge" vessels made.
We have put over 800 hours into it so far. It still needs some work to make her sea ready.
